The courier charge of a shipment can be affected by the amount of space that it occupies on an aircraft rather than the actual weight, this is known as volumetric (or dimensional) weight. eg A customer ships a parcel that is 1kg in actual weight, the customer’s packaging dimension are 30cm(L) x 25cm (W) x 20cm(H). Multiply 30x25x30-15000, Then Divide 15000 by 500 to get the dimension weight=3kg. The customer will be charged 3kg rather than the actual weight of 1kg.

All perfumes are shipped in minimal quantities of at least 2-4 at a time for personal use only

Effective April 1st 2016 unaccompanied items containing lithium (cell phones and laptops) have been banned from being loaded on commercial
passenger airlines. These items can only be shipped using commercial cargo planes and as a result they can only be shipped at the express rate and can be subjected to
special handling charges. We do not Ship batteries as those are considered hazardous.

CCI will use al reasonable efforts to contact clients of parcel arrival. If shipment is not collected within 14 days penalties and storage of
$0.50/day will apply thereafter the parcels will be seized by CCI and sold to recover shipping costs within 30 days.
